Festivals are where a community remembers who it is. Our Cultural & Folk Festivals programme organises gatherings, folk evenings and seasonal celebrations that bring people together around the music, food, crafts and traditions of Kashmir.
Throughout the year we host festivals featuring folk musicians, artisans and performers — creating spaces where elders pass traditions to the young, and where neighbours reconnect over shared heritage. From Sufi music nights to craft fairs and harvest celebrations, each event is a vibrant expression of Kashmiri identity.
These festivals do more than entertain. They support local artisans and performers, give traditional crafts a marketplace, and ensure that customs which might otherwise fade are practised, celebrated and remembered.
Through culture and togetherness, this programme strengthens the bonds that hold our communities together.
Fellowships and training modules that engage young minds in public discourse, civic leadership and national development.
