The Centre for Public Interest (CPI) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. CPI is an independent, non-partisan public-policy think tank, and we handle personal information with the same integrity and transparency that guide our research and public work.
We only collect information that you choose to share with us. This typically happens when you join CPI as a Volunteer, Research Associate, Fellow or Campus Ambassador; subscribe to our newsletter; register for an event; or contact us through a form. The information may include your name, email address, phone number, area of interest and any message you send. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we never ask for payment-card details through this website.
Information you provide is used solely for the purpose for which it was given — for example, to respond to an enquiry, process a volunteer or fellowship application, send you research updates you requested, or confirm your participation in an event. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand how our publications and programmes are reaching the communities of Jammu & Kashmir.
CPI does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.
